Hackers are posing as recruiters or employers to steal personal information, money, or to install malware. They are sending emails and attachments from similar domains with interview requests, job offers, and other similar communications. They are also using similar letterhead. Communication often contains grammatical errors, incorrect salary, and benefits to lure candidates. It is likely they are also using AI to generate these scams. Diligent and thousands of other companies have, unfortunately, had their names and likenesses used to target potential candidates in these scam campaigns. We have reported the identity fraud to the authorities, aiming to mitigate these threats.

Our domain name is diligent-us.com. Any other derivative of our domain name is not coming from Diligent. We only use the one domain name.  All emails from Diligent representatives will come from a @diligent-us.com email address.

No one from Diligent Consulting Inc. will contact you to set up a Teams call or any other call before someone from a Diligent email address (@diligent-us.com) contacts you, prescreens your practical experience, and directs you to this career page to hit the job link and fill out an application.
