Diligent has long been an active prime contractor for General Services Agency (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with schedule #: GS-35F-0475R.
GSA consolidated 24 of its contract vehicles into a single Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for products, services, and solutions. The MAS Consolidation initiative is one of four cornerstone projects underpinning GSA’s Federal Marketplace Strategy (FMP) to modernize and simplify the buying and selling experience for customers, suppliers and acquisition professionals. This provides consistency in the program for all stakeholders, makes it easier for customers to find total solutions under one contract vehicle, ensures terms and conditions to meet the needs of our customers, and eliminates duplicate contracts.

DISA ENCORE III
Diligent Consulting, in a Joint Venture with Indigenous Technologies, LLC as Team CSI JV, LLC, is one of 20 prime small businesses participating in the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) ENCORE III contract vehicle.
Like ENCORE II, ENCORE III provides a suite of not-to-exceed multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for providing a full range of information technology (IT) services and solutions. Services range from engineering development to full sustainment required by the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies of the Federal Government. There are currently 20 contractors in the full and open suite and 20 small businesses in the set-aside suite on the ENCORE III program providing teams of contractors with significant breadth and depth of IT services experience and capability.
Performance will be at locations across the globe wherever DoD IT services are required. The period of performance is a five-year base period and five one-year option periods allowing for up to 5-year task orders. All contractors have either CMMI L3 and/or ISO certifications for building, managing, and maintaining proven processes for success. All Program and Project Managers are either PgMP or PMP certified; ensuring advanced Industry experience in managing programs/projects.
Based on the high bar set by the technical criteria, contracts were awarded to technically skilled contractors with the most competitive fixed price rates. 116 labor categories are established with specific education and experience requirements from a BA/BS degree in the technical discipline with at least 3 years of experience, up to a MA/MS degree with at least 15 years of experience.

NETCENTS-2
Although the ordering period for the $1.8 billion IDIQ has ended, Diligent continues providing outstanding mission support for multiple Air Force customers on this vehicle. The NETCENTS-2 Application Services acquisition provides a vehicle for customers to access a wide range of services, including sustainment, migration, integration, training, help desk support, testing and operational support. Other services include exposing data from Authoritative Data Sources (ADS) to support web-services or Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) constructs in AF enterprise environments. The NETCENTS-2 contract shall support legacy system sustaining, migration and the development of new mission capabilities and applications. The focus of the contract is to provide application services support to mission areas, as overseen by portfolio managers, Communities of Interest (COIs), project offices, and program offices.
