Diligent Consulting Inc., a San Antonio-based small business, continues its support for the Air Force’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD) with its Cybersecurity Cryptologic Software Support (CCSS) of multiple cryptologic systems used globally for classified communications.
Diligent provides software support for the KG-3X devices, VINSON/Advanced Narrowband Digital Voice Terminal (ANDVT) Cryptographic Modernization (VACM) cryptologic devices, as well as Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) products.
The VACM family of products support secure communications for Vinson and ANDVT families of radios and include the KY-99M, KY-57M, KY-58M, KY-100M and the KYV-5M cryptologic devices.
EKMS products include: the Remote Re-Key (RRK) which provides secure mechanisms to transfer key material and to securely manage remote cryptologic devices in support of United States (US) Air Defense Systems (ADS); and Common User Application Software (CUAS), Data Management Device – Power Station (DMD-PS) which support applications providing key management tools to EKMS COMSEC managers.
In support of CCSD, Diligent also supports several cryptologic support products including the Production Inventory Control System (PIDS) which manages and tracks cryptologic hardware maintenance activities. It also provides support for the Cryptographic Modernization Analysis Tool (CMAT) which provides data to cryptologic device end users and managers on device configurations, host platforms, and operational fielding.
Diligent has supported this customer for over six years providing systems engineering, software programming, system/network administration, Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity, and COMSEC Account Management support. Its excellent system support is critical to secure operation of these encryption systems vital to the security of the United States and its allies.
