In the Fall of ’21, Diligent was awarded additional work on our Automated Contract Preparation System (ACPS) program at Hill AFB, UT. In addition to our sustainment tasks for the legacy ACPS system, Diligent is performing software modifications, data collection and manipulation, and new report generation to migrate ACPS content to the follow-on system, Contracting-Information Technology (CON-IT). The migration of ACPS will be the last application to migrate — consolidating multiple legacy contract management applications into the new unified CON-IT system.
ACPS was originally a government-developed contract writing system supporting logistics contracting personnel in Air Force Materiel Command and the Defense Logistics Agency. ACPS users are located at Hill AFB, UT; Tinker AFB, OK; and Robins AFB, GA. ACPS is hosted at Hill AFB, and Diligent is responsible for software development and maintenance, architectural artifact development and maintenance, hardware and software support, network engineering services, and programming services.
